This truly helps on my feet & back. I will get nothing else for work shoes
I put them in my work shoes and they have made my life a little more comfortable... The only problem is they have sticky stuff on the bottom so they stick to your shoe witch is a great idea but they don't stick all that well but they do only cost 6 dollars
This shoe inserts can only fill the back part of your shoes-not for the whole area. It is comfortable, but it can't help to make my a little bigger-than-my-feet shoes fit my feet.
I cannot believe that I went so long not knowing that what I was wearing and not wearing on my feet all my life were the problem with the lower half of my body in my later life. Starting approx. 10 years ago & worsening as time passed. I saw the "Tri-Comfort" style recently and not pricey. It only took a moment to realize I wasn't limping after putting them in my shoes. The arch support flexes, there is a gel- heel cup, and the 3-4 length doesn't take up toe space. Plus you can wash them off. I clip mine over the shower. I even have some for my house shoes now and don't ever intend to be without them.
They do make my foot sit higher in shoe but I just made my shoe laces more loose.
