Glad i got the extra battery. Great product now the wife won't have to mess with the gas generator when im not at home.

I've bought one before 2 years ago used it once love it so when I see it on sale I buy one more to keep it for hurricane.

The product is top notch but they do have issues with them with slow customer support is a weak link I like the products very expensive tho there are better solutions for off grid with the time tested old way with inverters and batteries it is more reliable and easier to work on getting through glitches and buying parts but I like ecosystem when it works it's awsome I like their products but I can't trust not having a more reliable system honest opinion
