Eggland's Best 100% Liquid Egg Whites

I'm allergic to egg yoke since 2013, yet can have egg whites since 2017, yay , love them, Cried when no. Longer could have a real whole egg, oh how I miss my yoke on top of slice cheese on toast, was my favorite. Anyway we went to 3 stores in last two days to find carton egg whites, two of the three stores were out, I almost panicked, but didn't, not sure I've tried egg lands eggwhite, I need gluten free ones, will keep a watch out when. grocery shopping, I usely see and get Bob evens egg whites, or Lucerne egg whites was options this time. Made a meat & veggie fratatta this morning, Been out for a while, did happy dance. Prior to my body flipping a switch, egg land was my primary whole egg; brand.

I'm trying to more health conscious, so I purchased Eggland's Best Liquid Egg Whites. I make a lot of frittata's and for the first time, used your product. The vegetable frittata was absolutely delicious and everybody commented how good it was. Nobody even realized I used egg whites rather than whole eggs.
