Between GentleEase and pace feeding, he's not spitting up, seems happy, and is back above birth weight! I did notice that the powder sometimes doesn't mix completely when shaking which means it sticks in the bottle parts, but now that I'm aware have taken steps to both shake and stir to mix completely before serving.
