As a recovering anorexic, it can be hard to eat large meals or high calorie foods, and this makes it tricky to get proper nutrition. But Ensure Lights taste sweet and give me lots of energy with no sugar and low calories! The only problem I have with the product is that there are only two flavors. Adding some like coffee or strawberry would be a good idea. Overall, though, this is a great product!

Love that I can get all the quality ingredients of ensure for a delicious flavored drink, love the vanilla wish for strawberry and banana. All this for my favorite part 70 calories. This is wonderful for us fuller figured, no sugar is great for me. Fat is good as Lon as it's the right kind. I do wish for more calcium, glucosamine, and Hmb from enlive to be added but only if they can keep calories 70-90' or if they could make enlive with 70 calories or around there. Ty

I like the vanilla very much and drink it for a snack in my day. Bought chocolate yesterday and have it at home. I have some concerns after reading other reviews about pieces of slim, but I have not had that issue with the vanilla which I'm thoroughly enjoying.

I purchased Ensure light because of the reduced calories and protein. In spite of vigorous shaking, the product contained slimy ribbons that were very unpleasant. I suspect they were dried product on the inside of the neck. I tried two of the containers and both contained disgusting pieces up to 1 1/2" long that resulted in me throwing out the Ensure. The Ensure had a use by date of June 2017.

I have tried several Ensure products but this light product has chewy chocolate 'scum' (I don't know how else to describe it) even tho I shook it extremely well. I tried several bottles of the case I bought but each one has about a dozen of these slimy chunks in them. It's not like the coating you get when you cook chocolate pudding, that stuff is great! This ensure light stuff is like chewy chocolate slime. Seriously gross.
