As long as it provides the vitamins mentioned in the product, I don't have to waste time opening bottles to drink the Vs recommended one by one. So, I suppose for me, its convenient while providing the daily vitamins required. Also the taste plays an important role.

I have recently switched my dietvto mostly protein rich foods. As a result, I have more energy and am sleeping better. I gave one star to value for money because price of $11.98vis rather high for a 4 pack of these protein max shakes. The chocolate and cafe mocha flavors are good. The creamy strawberry has no flavor of strawberry. I thought about trying a variety pack, but the creamy peach, cheesecake birthday cake flavors got really poor customer reviews.

This ensure product was spoiled when I opened. It was like a blob mix. I did drink 2 containers. However, I stop because the texture was bad. I disposed 9 containers in the sink. I have one full. This is the first time I received a whole box of ensure 30 gm of spoiled blob.

Ensure product is a five star as it helps my sister but the two star is for Walmart - ordered to be delivered to my sister 70 miles away and Walmart was out of stock and it was a mess to get Walmart to help - chat personnel didn't follow through - very disappointed with Walmart as my sister was home bound and really needed this product to keep her going.
