Ensure Original Nutrition Shake, Vanilla, 8 Fluid Ounce (30 Count)

I have been having weight issues all my life. I am always on the go and would only eat breakfast and dinner. My sister introduced me to the regular ensure, and it really didn't do much. However, when they started receiving the butter pecan plus flavor, I started drinking it. I tell you know lie, within weeks, I started gaining weight. However, I had to train my body something I've never done before as well. I eat breakfast, and since my body do not hold weight I would drink the ensure 2 -3 hours after eating my breakfast. Than I would drink another one mid day with my dinner. I went from 135 to 140 within 2 weeks. I would recommend the butter pecan plus flavor to those trying to gain weight. Everything is life is a training your body purpose.

We initially got this because of the protein. We've been using it for about 5 years so far, and get it because it tastes so good. I am 80 years old, and my Geriatric doctor insists I keep drinking it to help keep my calcium level at an acceptable level. I also drink it in lieu of dessert!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love ensure plus vanilla, very tasty, and it actually works, I drink ensure few years now. I always have problems to gain weight, doesn't matter what I eat, time of day or night.., never passed 100 lbs, after started drinking ensure in just few weeks, I started to gain some lbs, now I am 120 lbs. I am happy with that The only negative side of ensure is that it's very sweet, too much sweetness, and if I stop drinking ensure for few days, I loose weight again Overall I love it:)!!!

I have been drinking these for the past years and ive tried all the flavors and they are all a not pleasent taste i wish yall would make the flavors more appealing and taste better. I feel like they all taste the same. If yall would make the flavor better i would definetly consider purchasing them. Thank you.

Yesterday I tried Ensure Plus Vanilla and the Ensure Plus vanilla has a nasty smell to it that made me want to gag and when I opened the bottle there were bubbles by the mouth piece. The taste of the Ensure Plus also made me want to gag. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone
