I have been taken these for years, I was sad when they became out of stock. Still waiting for the Mens.
My 87 yr old mother and I have been taking this for years. We think it is a great investment for an all around multi vitamin.
This company is recommended by the doctors. Good amount of vitamins and minerals. Easy to swallow. Reasonable price. I just don't like that it contains some added ingredients like "Magnesium Stearate"
This is a powerful excellent multi vitamin for post menapausal women due to iron content! love this item!!!
