can have a laxative effect if you take too many. I would only take a couple a day and space one out in the morning and one at the night meal.
2nd purchase, tried in lieu of more expensive brands; taste good, works well
need less pills to swallow so, I get these . So far I have been taking for six months, all is well. I could use less sugar, but otherwise okay.
