Equate Complete 3-Step Lice Treatment Kit

I only use this stuff now. But the thing is you cannot go by what the product says, cannot leave it on for only 10 minutes or it won't kill most them. I leave it in my kids hair for 45 minutes and it kills them all. It does not hatm them. And the gel is the only stuff that literally gets all the nuts out easily. Nothing else works, only this stuff.

It did nothing. I had it in my sons hair for the ten minutes and after using the comb given there were still TONS of nits and live lice. Tried it again.. Same results. Ive washed everything and sprayed what I couldn't wash with the spray given.

If your schools have to have them, they may as well be cheaper

I order a large quantity often, as I work for a social services agency. The kits themselves are GREAT and affordable, just check your expiration dates. I order 24 at a time, and usually 4 to 6 of them are out of date or very close to being out of date!!

The lice killing shampoo didn't kill the lice on 3 kids' heads. The comb that comes with 1 of the kits was broken when we opened the box. The other 2 broke within minutes. We ended up trying twice before buying name brand kits that come with metal combs. This has caused big issues with the school.
