The scooter worked well, until my son dropped the battery pack, cracking the housing. I had horrible responses to getting it repaired. First, no repalcement parts were online, second when I finally got fed up and tried to return it to walmart they told me I had to say it was defective, and then send it back in the 3 month old box I had since thrown out, to sned it back. No scooter repair shop in the area would tounch it saying they can't get parts, so I watch it, gather dusy, $700 of crap because there's no repair ability. it runs until I hit a bump, then is shuts down. The first time it did this I was crossing a busy intersection, crs backed up waiting for me move it to the side of road, a dangerous situation. I was told stick to more expensive name brands, at least I can get parts for them, otherwise this mcaine was a complete waste of my liited money and time.

I did not like that the battery went dead in a few days and I had to re-charge it. It started going dead pretty fast again so I charged it a third time. This time the lights on the steering console started flashing, all of them. I got on and tried to go, and the lights went off. It would not move at all, so I put in for a return and a refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Seems to be really good.Fairly light weight. Comes apart in 3 pieces (battery pacK, seat, main part—handles steering mechanism folds down). Easy to transport.

Not suitable for a trip to the corner store or anywhere not a flat, level surface. It can't handle a small incline, so ramps are out as far as getting into and out of the house. Too big for moving around in an average house, so only buy if you are planning to use it at the local Walmart to shop and carry it from the car to the store. A total waste of money as far as I'm concerned.

Previously had both a power chair and a three wheel scooter. The chair was more comfortable and easier to maneuver but heavy and hard to transport. The three wheel scooter was not a maneuverable as the chair nor as comfortable but it was much easier to transport. The four wheel model is in most ways equal to the three wheel how ever it is more stable on inclines. It is the least maneuverable of the bunch.
