Bought these for a good friend who has gotten back into working out. He says he really can see a different when he does or doesn't take these. If he takes in the morning as recommended and then next dose in afternoon but misses he lags around 3. Awesome boost!

This product is supposed to boost my energy, but taking one tablet twice a day for over two weeks, I am not sure there is any difference in my energy levels. The capsules itself are quiet big but easy to swallow. They do have a strange odor, but not overpowering.

I started taking them recently and it's really hard to say how good they are. I mean, if you're sick, take a medicine and get well = they work. But when you have an active lifestyle and have an overall good health, it's not that easy to say if they do work or not. This supplement is vegan and doesn't contain a lot of unwanted ingredients such as GMOs, added sugar or gluten. It basically provides solid energy to improve my stamina without the jitters. I really like that the capsules are easy to swallow. I am confident that I am adding something beneficial to my diet by incorporating these capsules into my regular routine.

I already lead a fairly healthy lifestyle, including an exercise regimen, so was curious to see how this product would enhance. I've been using now for a week, and while I don't expect immediate visible results, was hoping for an energy boost. It's possible that it's still too early to tell, so I will have to revisit in 3 more weeks when I've completed this bottle, but I haven't yet detected any significant changes. I already have a fairly high energy level, so it's possible that any effect may be marginal. Because of this, I'm not giving either a significantly low or high rating - it might just be perfect for someone else. Let's see. One nice thing - the pills are easy to consume and swallow, and don't have a terrible aftertaste.
