The strap broke the first day my 11 year old son used it. It was also already used in the box when I received it.
Was not hard to put together at all!! Just make sure not to tighten the supports bars at the bottom until you get the top holes lined up.
This stand is just as described. the only con is if you are an strong puncher you will need weights to hold it down. overall though great product at a great price.
Overall this product has worked for my purpose, however I would recommend purchasing weights to place on the bag stand if you hit with any substantial force. Other than that I have been pleased with the stand. It sure beats tearing up my ceilings.
This product serves it's intended purpose nicely, but it is a lot bigger than I thought it would be. It easily takes a third of the room or more.
