This is a great to have in your vehicle in case you get stuck. It has everything you need to get your vehicle unstuck if you happen to get stuck off-road or in the mud or whatever. My favorite thing in the whole kit is the two heavy duty traction mats, these you can place under your tires to get some traction when you get stuck in the mud or soft ground, these look to be very strong and easy to use and have a good texture that should be able to get you unstuck in a jiffy, the kid also includes a recovery strap with 20,000 lb rating, perfect for someone to pull you out, there's a four in one folding shovel that's easy to assemble and includes a pic a shovel a saw a bottle and can opener. The can opener part seems similar to the old military style p-38 can opener. This might be a good tool to take camping. Included in the kit is also an emergency light to signal other drivers that comes with all of the batteries included in the case there's also a good pair of heavy duty grip gloves that would be handy to use in extraction. It seems like a well thawed out compilation of tools needed in order to get you back on the road in case you get stuck off road. I keep this in my van as I have gotten stuck in the mud a few times it gives me peace of mind that I will be able to get back on the road quickly safely and easily.

I love this!! It has everything you need if you get stuck, or if you want to help someone else get un-stuck!! Everything is sturdy!! You'd think it would be cheap plastic stuff, but it's nice and all put into one place!! The reflective vest is a nice plus! I hope I never hve to use it, but up here in a MN winter, this is a great thing to have in your trunk!

Like the case and tow rope. The light is good and comes with batteries. The shovel and multitool leave a bit to the imagination. I keep mine in the back of the Jeep, just in case. I travel up in the mountains often and will have a chance to use the other pieces. The gloves look sturdy and will be handy in a pinch.

Just got this auto emergency kit yesterday. It has everything I can think of for an auto emergency!!! Still like fresh when my car battery died last winter. Had to call my friend to bring the jumper cables from far away. It is definitely wiser to just have one in the trunk so that you can easily ask for help with the cars passing by. It seems most of these small tools won't be used normally, however, they might matter a lot when abnormal things happens. Pretty much like insurance, I feel it is necessary and economical overall to have one on everyone's car! I'll be using the tow cable to pull my Jon boat on to the lake beach. All good.
