Faux-Suede Button Headboard, Multiple Colors

I just graduated from college and into my own place, so right now I'm working with high standards on a low budget. This was PERFECT for my needs. I looked at dozens of headboards and platform beds online, trying to find a way to add some style to my plain mattress and frame without spending too much. I finally decided on this headboard because of the many positive reviews I read, and let me say, I am SO happy that I did! It came in three pieces, all I had to do was attach each leg to the headboard- took me only minutes to do by myself. I didn't feel the need to attach it to my frame, which would have been easy to do, but once you push the bed up against it, it doesn't move at all. I think even if I did have thousands of dollars to spend on a headboard, I would probably still go with this one- it's sturdy, soft, and looks like it's worth so much more than I paid for it! My only suggestion is that if you get it shipped to the store, bring someone with you to help you carry it.. it's not terribly heavy but it's awkward to maneuver alone. I just spent the extra 30 bucks and had it delivered to my door. But regardless of how you have it delivered, I highly suggest you purchase this headboard!!

The delivery was great. The item was in good condition, easy to put together. But, if you order white....be prepared for a true white, a very bright white. I have soft white touches in my room. Shabby chic distressed white dressers, soft white cloth blinds, and a patterned comforter with some white in it. This headboard was so bright white, that it made my other "white items" appear dingy...it was even whiter than my crown molding / trim paint. It just stood out in my room, but not in a good way. I was looking for a headboard that would tie together my room, and create a nice focal point and finishing touch. So I will continue my search for an off-white color headboard.....

I looked for months for an affordable headboard (new and used) and I just couldn't beat the price of this one! I can't imagine what makes them so expensive but this one is really nice and just fit the bill. It's soft and pretty and really makes the space look so much classier! It's nice to touch and lean on and I haven't had a bit of trouble with it. I did not attach it properly to the bed frame so some of the bolts came loose but it's so sturdy I didn't even realize it wasn't attached on one end until I found the screws on the floor! I meant to replace them but why? I guess it doesn't really need to be attached, at least not on both ends. I saw some questions about the height issue (one of them may have even been mine before I bought it) and I wouldn't worry. My bed is quite low and I had the same concerns that it would sit too high. I have a standard queen on a regular size frame and box springs and when set at the lowest setting, it looks just fine. The bottom of the headboard measures 24" from the carpet if that helps at all.

Gave the bed a finished look - went together easily and attached directly to the bed frame. Before attaching to the frame, put the headboard at the highest height and adjust down to fit tight with the mattress once attached. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a suede look without having to drop serious money for it. Gave appearance a 4 star rating as the chocolate color is much lighter in person than it appears online. Overall great value and highly recommend.

I went back and forth debating about making a headboard myself or purchasing one. What ultimately changed my mind was the price of this headboard. I purchased the Oatmeal Queen sized headboard and was VERY pleased with it. My only regret was that, THIS HEADBOARD DOES NOT ATTACH TO THE SLUMBER 1 SMART BASE BED FRAME. The only way around this is to drill holes into the metal legs that come w/ the headboard then attach it to your bed frame, even still, I'd attach it to the wall for added security. Other than that, I like the look and feel of it. I set it up in my guest bedroom and it really changes the entire feel and look of the room :) Very luxurious! The oatmeal color is a light beige color.
