Inadequate size bolts to be bolting down a safe with. Bottom of safe not prepped with threads to put a bolt into. Only sheet metal to tap threads into . . no nut (or thicker steel) inserted at area so you could get strong threads. I had to drill safe to bolt mine down, which compromises fire rating.

This is a well made attractive safe ideal for document storage, and light enough to be easily manageable. But not recommended for gun and ammunition storage, or high value items.

I ordered this safe using site to store. After brining it home, opening it and inspecting it it is dammaged. there is a big dent in the front and the door isn't tight someone could get a crow bar in the crack of the door. The packaging is not is not up to par either, there isn't any extra cardboard on the corners or anything. I'm not immpressed!

I gave it an over all 4 star rating as I believe there's always room for improvement, this safe does offer a way to bolt it down only you have to be creative and have some craftsman skills in order to secure it correctly over all I am pleased.

Arrived on-time (paid extra for that) Opened it after work. Attempted to open...NOGO.. read instructions again...NoGo.... Basically, I spent 20 minutes trying to get the combo to work with no luck. Returned 45minutes later.
