As a new runner recovery stretching after a run is really important to me. all of the tools in this set serve to definitely help with recover. My favorite is the foam roller and the foot spiked ball massager. The foam roller is amazing for a lot of the recovery stretches I do after a run and the foot ball massager is sooooo good to stretch out my inset and balls of my foot. Overall really great set.

The whole set is a game changer , however the back roller is my favorite. Gets that extra stretch that you can't obtain on your own. Self massage stick is convenient for stretching muscles in arms and legs .Everything can be stored inside the foam roller but comes with a carrying bag.It includes a stretch strap to fully recover , highly recommended.

Got this recovery kit to help with everyday stretching and aches and pains. I am on my feel a lot at work and the back roller and foot ball massager have been great tools to help my stiffness and aches from working. My husband uses a lot of the tools as well after his workouts and he said he loves them!

I picked this up and when I received this I was very happy to see the quality of it. Especially at such a low price.I have been using it since it arived.The large roller is perfect size for stretching out my back and neck.The strap is good for all around stretching.The smaller massage roller and ball is useful too.This package is of a good compact design because everything fits inside the large roller and stores away easily.

I am loving this recovery fitness set so far. The foam roller has helped stretch my muscles and relieve tension and pain. The massage roller is a nice touch to work out those stiff muscles. I like that this also includes a stretch strap to help fully recover from workouts!
