This thing sucks. I've had it maybe one full week and it's already breaking. it smells like burning electrical wires every time I turn it on, heat or no heat. The massage things sometimes work, depends on its mood I guess. Sometimes I turn it on and the massager will glitch and turn the whole unit off if I try to click it on, sometimes it'll start off strong on the highest setting and then within ten minutes gets super weak. The heat is also inconsistent it'll either get really hot or barely warm up on the highest setting. But it ALWAYS stinks like I set a laptop on fire or something. Terrible product for the high price point. Invest your 50 bucks elsewhere

I'm only recommending it because I'm hoping it's user error that it stopped working after two weeks….perhaps it blew a fuse. So, I'm going to exchange it and try again. It's very soft, but I would also like one that has straps on the back to attach it to a pillow or chair to keep it in place better. It slips down behind the back.

I purchased this product twice now to help with neuropathy issues and each time it only lasted a few months before it stopped working. The power button stops working and won't allow the unit to be turned on. I tried giving it another chance but for the price it is very disappointing and not very comfortable.

I purchased this heating pad a couple weeks ago. Today it stopped working! Its acting like its getting no power. But, i know the outlet works. It has to be a problem with the wiring in the cord? Save yourself the frustrations. Dont waste your money on this product.

BUYER BEWARE!!! READ THE REVIEWS!!! At first I loved it. For the first 2 days I had it unfortunately. It completely stopped working after having it 2 days. I wish I would have read the ratings before I bought it. Seems like everyone else has the same problem. Horrible.
