We ordered 5 of these to see how they felt and were going to test before buying 70. These are much more sturdy than we thought. The metal is solid giving these a surprising weight. There is just enough 'play' in the back to be comfortable and just enough texture on the seat to cause sliding. The front cross bar is also high enough that no one (other than little kids) can prop their feet and possibly break. There are also two solid metal rods under the seat as well. These say 661lbs static but also a 225lb dynamic rating. DO NOT put these on uneven ground, play musical chairs with adults, etc. These are for seating and minimal storage. Great product and crazy price

For reference, I'm 5ft tall / 115lbs. I'm able to sit all the way back in chair while feet are flat on floor. Chair arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Looks just like photo (purchased all black chair). Packed in a big box (no damage) already assembled. Legs were wrapped what looked to be blue shop towels (could have prevented one tiny scratch on leg of chair if wrapped all the way to the top). The rest of the chair was unprotected (no damage). Welds are intact and not an eyesore. There are 6 screws total holding the chair together (2 on the bottom side are slightly in at an angle). The bottom leg pegs are tight fitting but are able to be positioned where you want them. The back of the chair has some flexibility to it but I wouldn't put too much pressure (ex. those of you who crack your back, I suggest you don't). Chair was a bit dusty so a quick wipedown will do. Plastic has no weird smell. Chair makes a small noise when i sit down but nothing annoying. Overall this chair is perfect for me. It ticked all the boxes. I'm eyeing the orange chair with black legs which I may purchase. I hope this detailed review helps.

I bought 12 of theses over 4 years ago. Everyone is still in perfect condition. They are a great stack chair. My only minor complaint is the plastic guides at bottom do slide around. Still I would buy these again.

Ordered this chair for my 9yr old. It is perfect for his desk.

Comfortable, Sturdy, but light chair. Went great with my kids desks for school. Like that they are stackable.
