I've been using these for years. We used to run a dog rescue and had 56 dogs. That is NOT quiet at night or anytime really, so I used these to help me get a good night's sleep. I have a chronic pain condition and getting enough sleep is critical to my health, so I really appreciate these.

I know it's not good but I can't sleep without them. Many years ago, working overnight shift and trying to sleep during the day, I started wearing ear plugs to get some sleep. Now I can't sleep without them in. Also use them sometimes when my fibromyalgia acts up and noise sensitivity kicks in. Long hair and no one knows I have them in.

I can't sleep without earplugs and this brand and style are the absolute best of all the different kinds I've tried in 15 years. The price is excellent for the value. Definitely recommend for light sleepers, if you have a snoring partner, or live in an area where there's outside traffic and other noises. These are nice and soft and shaped so you can't lose them in your ears. Hold one between your thumb and forefinger and roll till it's small enough to fit in your ear. It's best to use your other hand to pull down on the earlobe to make sure it goes in properly. They're like little memory foam, they'll open once in your ears then go right back to the original shape when you take them out. Switch to a new pair once they won't roll and keep the smaller size to easily put in your ear. I wear them every day and usually change them every week or so.

They are very comfortable and reduce the noise perfectly . I love this product
