This little board isn't put together very well. It arrived broken at one corner, but I could see all the orders were poorly glued. The board is thin, wood appears to be pine and the "slate" is a grey surface. I returned it and bought a better one at Michaels that was double sided.
i saw the overall rating before ordering. this is totally horrible product. went to pick it up and returned then and there.
