Franklin NCS-101 Webster's Spelling Corrector Plus

This is a great little product to keep in your bag to check words and practice spelling - also fun to use with Scrabble!

it's compact but not so small you'd lose it. easy to use and has several other functions that are handy. great product for a great price!

Just got this today for my 6 year old. First of all, the plastic cover is almost impossible to open even for me without breaking my nails. The buttons are too small, impossible to read words on the tiny screen. This speller couldn't even find the spelling for simple words like "Orange" or "leaves". Returning.

This was a replacement for my mother-in-law. It arrived in good time and good condition. It's simple enough for her to use and practical enough to meet her needs.

I have had a spell corrector for some years now. What I wanted was a replacement for my Webster's Spelling Corrector NCS-101 a 1994 Franklin Publishing Inc. In this spelling corrector you can input a word spelled in any order, hit the "build" key and it will speel the word correctly evey time. What I wanted was a replacement because I dropped mine and broke it. I took it back to Walmert and got my money back.
