The cedar sides and back create a sturdy roost, while the PVC foam roof and front panel add dimension to it. A significant, cedar perch sits beneath the 1.5" diameter entrance hole, and a gap at the top of the front panel offers ventilation. Install the included, clear plastic panel on the back of the unit, and secure it to the exterior of your window with the three included suction cups. A gap between the plastic and the wooden base enables water to escape the nest, and the natural cedar frame resists decay. Remove this back piece to fully clean the home at the end of each season. For avian privacy, an included, black plastic square attaches to the inside of your window with a suction cup, covering the viewing panel.
