GE 4.3 Cu Ft Spacemaker Refrigerator WMR04BAPBB, Black

Actually, this is a replacement refrigerator - same make, same model. The reason I bought the same model is the great durability I experienced with the first one. Living in the desert heat of Arizona, the original GE fridge lasted 8 years outside in the sweltering heat (up to 118 degrees) and kept my beverages ice cold. I hope the model is available in 8 years when the next one goes. I'll buy it again.

I purchased this GE refrigerator as an extra for my basement. Love the size and it arrived within days via FedEx with a minor stratch on the side and abrasion on the top. It serves the purpose for which it was intended. Keeps everything COLD and I don't have it on the coldest setting. Love the drawer at the bottom and the door can hold can sodas and 1/2 gal containers. Ideal size with three shelves and small freezer.

I picked it up Monday 11-10-'08. It seems to be quite good. I remembered the posts about scratches and dents, so I took a case cutter to the store to open and examine it. It was brought out in a grocery cart. I cut and pulled the cardboard away, saw no scratches, but missed several on the left side. I wasn't able to see all the way down on this side. Oh well. I still like it. Only the scratches keep it from having a 5 star rating for me.

I like the refrigerator but I would like a few extra's that didn't come with it. I would like a light of some kind inside so I could see. Also the drawer under the freezer part should be without holes so when you defrost the freezer the water could go into it.

I bought this for my office about a month ago and it does a great job at keeping everything cold. The freezer is very spacious for a compact frig so I am able to store frozen dinners and ice cream. I also love the fact it has a pullout drawer to store produce. That's a very unusual feature on compact frig. You won't be disappointed if you purchase one.
