The burner stays on high all the time, even when you change the knob to lowest setting. It is very dangerous to use it. I have to turn it on and off when cooking.

Within the first year the glass top cracked. Had it repaired and with in the first month of being repaired it cracked again. Now something popped/exploded under the back burner on the same side (left) and burned out. It won't even go o

Very pleased with the performance of this stove, but very dissatisfied with the glass cooktop. Received item with scratches and since then have added a few of my own. Will never look nice again.

I love the looks of this range. The oven is large. However, the burners are very HOT. Bacon and pancakes cook on number 3. I can't get it low enough to keep tomato sauce and chili from boiling even on low. I have to put large pots on the small back burners to try to keep them from boiling. There is no "low" even on low.

I cook eggs pretty often, and the last thing I want is scorched eggs, which is difficult to avoid with this model. Setting 3 will crisp them. It burns deep-fried food on setting 5. I even had this new range serviced and all burner and knob controls replaced, but the problem persists, so I think it's just how the model is set. Tepid water will boil in a pan AFTER the hot range burner is turned off: That increases the risk of cracking the glass cooktop. Don't ever walk far from the range while using it.
