I originally bought this toaster oven so I could continue to bake and broil through the hot summer months. I hadn't intended to use it very much, mainly for an occasional cookie and fish stick/chicken nugget lunch for my kids. I use it a LOT more because I like it so much. It does take a few minutes longer to bake cookies than in a traditional oven. The only thing I would like is to have more accessories included (or even offered). such as a small muffin pan and small cake pan.

Our marriage has begun to outlast our wedding gifts! :o) Our toaster oven (a GE model before this one) gave out, as did our actual toaster. I have sworn off uni-taskers, and this new model is worth every square inch of space it takes up. From cheese toast for my toddler's breakfast to rotisserie game hens for our dinner, this one is awesome. The improved design (such as a door that swings up and down versus side to side) means it doesn't require any more space on the counter top when in use than it does when not in use. Thanksgiving dinner is at my house this year, and this little gem will provide all the extra cook support we'll need!

Have just bought and then read the reviews, go figure. Anyway saw the complaints about making toast. So carefully removing a rack, in case I want to take back, I inserted, place a piece of bread in the center and made a beautiful piece of toast. Put the setting on dark but removed about 3/4 of the way through because it was perfect. Next time will start on a lower setting. 3 min at most for perfect toast. I bet most people complaining failed to turn the temp knob up to 450 so yeah their toast never got brown. Anyway gave a 5 on everything else until I really test it out. Just wanted to post this experience. Don't let complaints about not making toast turn you off, read the destructions first where it states to turn the temp knob all the way up. Else of course you will get dried out toast that never gets brown and takes forever.

After 4 years of almost daily use, My toaster oven gave up and died. I have nothing bad to say. It was a good oven and will be missed by all who used her. Her last deed was making garlic italian bread last night for supper. When I tried toasting a bagel this morning, She was already gone.(sniff) I am hoping she went quietly in her sleep with no pain. I will be heading back to Wal-Mart to purchase another, but none will live up to the original.

My family and I lived in a motel for almost 6 months. When we found this product, we were kind of wondering how it would work for our needs. All that we had to cook in and on were an electric skillet and a microwave. We made this purchase and we have been using it ever since. We are now in our new home and we use to even grill hot dogs in. It gets more use then our regular oven with out heating the whole house. I have even used to make the chickens like you would buy hot from the stores. It works so well, we use it almost daily.
