Love these! My favorite snack food. I have one each morning that i work. They are tasty and filling. Trying to eat foods that aren't over processed, these work for me.

This almond nut bar basically has almonds, peanuts, and sunflower seeds with just enough sweet syrup to hold it all together. Low on sugars, this is the perfect snack. And at about 190 calories, it's worth every bite!! Since this item seems hard to keep on the shelf, I've resorted to buying in bulk from Walmart, where the price for this item is the very best! I'll continue to buy this product in this way as long as it remains available. My second choice of these Nature Valley bars is primarily a peanut nut crunch bar, with asimilar "crunch" satisfaction & calorie conservation, but minus the more healthy preponderance of almonds. ThanBBrek you, Walmart!

My diabetic friends love this ,6 sugars, my gluten free friends like it because it has flavor and for the rest of us it just tastes good. I sent it to my mother-in-law in Montana because she was having trouble getting it. Plus where I live having a snack bar in the car when you get stuck out on the road is part or our emergency package. Perfect all around.
