Genuine Dickies Boys School Uniform Shorts with Multi Use Pocket, Sizes 4-18

I ordered the first pair of these shorts several years ago when my son needed plain uniform shorts for school. We were especially grateful for the adjustable waist since he is tall and slim! These shorts are durable and he loves the utility pocket on the side for his cell phone. He’s now 16, but we order a few new pairs each year because they are the best! I don’t know what we’ll do when he runs out of a “next size up!”

Bought this for my son who's starting kindergarten, hes 5 yrs old and wears a size 7. It's hard finding him shorts that dont rise up or are not to short in length (inseam) , usually in some shorts when he sits down the rise up, which makes it uncomfortable for him, and its difficult finding shorts that fit him nicely.. i wanted to get something that gives my son extra room/length for him to move, sit and play comfortably. As well something durable since he is a very active boy. These where perfect for him he absolutely likes them, and gave me no compliments.

Sizes are true, and these shorts have adjustable waiste for slim fit...length is perfect and these shorts can take whatever the seventh grade has to dish out! We choose black so stains aren't an issue! We have purchased khaki before, but prefer the darker colors. The shipping was a bit longer than usual. Overall, price and product are excellent!

Purchased girls shorts and pants directly from Dungaree and noticed the stitching on the ones from Wal-Mart were sewed better, and my daughter had a hard time with the buttons, on the shorts ordered directly. The shorts from Wal-Mart, made for boys, had a slide clasp that was easier for my little boy to do on his own. Very happy with the quality and price. But wish I could have got the girls cut for my little girl, from Wal-Mart rather then from Dungaree.

These Dickies are very durable and great for school uniforms. They maintain their color throughout the school year with weekly washing. We hang after drying and do not need to iron, and stains are not a problem. I have bought this brand for the past 3 years after trying several other brands previously.
