Genuine Dickies Men's Thermal Socks, 2-Pack

I grew up with socks that came up to your calf. The problem with standard socks like that is they always slide down your leg. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the best feature of these socks is the double elastic band that comfortably holds the sock to you upper calf. It is about three inches wide so it isn't just this rubber band like end. All of other features of the socks are well made. The cotton feels thick, soft and durable. I can imagine how these will keep your legs & feet warm. The toe and heel are reinforced for extra wear. For a fit they are comfortable. I am used to socks with spandex around the middle of the foot for support. These don't have that but they still don't feel loose. I like how they don't bunch up at the toe when wearing them.

Okay what can I say about a pair of socks? Hey they are nice they are a good color, they come almost all the way over your calf muscle and fit nice and tight. These are good thick socks and I think they would be a real comfort in the winter time but here at the beginning of October they are still a little warm to be wearing out much but as I've been saying at Christmas time for oh the last 60 something years THESE ARE REALLY NICE SOCKS.

These Dickies Men's Wool Thermal Steel Toe socks are so comfortable. They have kept my feet warm and dry and fit very comfortably in my hiking and work boots. They are a wool blend and have steel toe protection. I haven't needed the steel toe protection, but they are comfortable none the less. They look nice too. The design is nice and they look more modern than what older men used to where. They are very comfortable, which not typical of your standard wool socks. They don't make your feet really sweaty and clammy causing your feet to get cold like wool socks do. I can't stand when my thick socks I use during hunting or hiking make my feet sweat because once they are wet then my feet freeze. These actually work as described, keep my feet and boots dry. I would recommend these socks for anyone in need of a good wool thermal sock for working outdoors or for recreational purposes. These work really well for hunting in the winter or hiking. I would order more of these or even give them as a gift or use them as a stocking stuffer. These are true to size and should fit any foot within the given size range. They washed up well and still look brand new after a wash.

These socks really keep your feet warm and cozy. My wife has taken over one pair to wear around the house as she hates to get cold feet while watching TV and such. I have used these socks, washed the socks and they still look like new. No shrinkage whatsoever on these. If you turn them inside out, you will see what looks to be really warm fuzzy material. I would highly recommend this for anyone who gets cold feet. I can see these lasting for quite some time due to the durability and workmanship.

I'm typing not a thermal socks fan, but these socks won me over, they are great. They nice and thick with padding, and the inside is very soft and warm. They do feel weird if you plan on wearing them with shoes, atleast for me, just too thick, but with boots, or around the house on a cold day these are perfect. I would go for a different color though because these brown ones aren't the nicest.
