This product came with no assembly directions, and it's near impossible to put it up correctly. I'm sure it would be a great product came if I had put it up right. We couldn't figure it out so we just tied ropes in knots.
The ropes need a "stop" (not in the package) to prevent the ropes from sliding, tilting the swing forward. I made my own and all is well.
Great swing! Easy to hang on a set or a tree. Has options for each side so swing is not crooked. Also came very fast!
I love this for my one year old. He can enjoy his swing set now and I am at ease knowing that he is safe!
once you figure out how to adjust the ropes ( length ) it is fine.
