I purchased this stroller for a trip we will be taking to Disney World in October. It was cheaper to buy this then to rent a double stroller from the park for 6 days. I have been using it locally and I think it will serve its purpose.
I have a 3 year old and a 15 month old and they both love riding in this twin stroller. It is a little heavy but it let you put up to two 50lbs kid in the stroller. The storage is a little small for our diaper bag but I was able to just hang it in between the two handles. Setup was easy took about 10 minutes without reading the manual. You just have to attach the wheels and the umbrella and you are done. Folding the stroller and unfolding only takes around 4-5 seconds. Watch some videos on youtube to see how easy it is. I brought this when we went to a cruise. It is easy and portable enough to take on the plane and fit on the small hallway in the cruiseline. I was also able to hide it in one of the closet in our cabin when not in use. Will recommend to others.
I purchase the Graco Ipo Twin Stroller for my two boys, 3 and 1 for a trip to Disney plan in August. I wanted a stroller that is easy to travel and fly with and light. Since we are not leaving until August I decided to test it out at the the mall to see if will work for us on our trip... It is very easy to steer with both kids, even with 1 in there and a diaper bag & shopping bags attached and without both kids....NO TIP OVER. Its very smooth ride...and it even fit thru the restrooms doors which was a shock to me so that kind of one me over a little on top of everything else. My only wish that it could be just a tad bit wider. I have a lil chunky 1 year old who has a lil space to move and slender 3 year who fits perfectly but slightly tall that his head is almost at the sun shade... the stroller is slight heavy for umbrella but Im used to with the Eddie Bauer full size stroller (single) I have...and I wish it had a drink holder but I learn to improvise by placing my drink in the small basket... Overall the stroller will serve its purpose for what I need it for it... The kids havent complained and they enjoy being next to one another...happy babies makes a happy mommy!!!! :-)
We got this stroller for our recent vacation to San Diego and Disneyland. It worked great for our 8 month old and 3 year old. I really liked how easy it was to unfold. It was nice that the seats reclined for naps. It was pretty easy to push with both kids in it. The baskets underneath are a little small (our diaper bag didn't fit), but it was big enough for my purse. We just hung the diaper bag on the back, which worked out fine. The height was great for me (5'4") and my husband (6'1"). I do wish it had a cup holder, but that is a convenience for parents. Not a big deal. It is a good value, and I would fully recommend it.
This is a fantastic stroller! One thing, it doesn't have a middle handle for pushing (sometimes I really need the one hand push ability) but it is a great place to hang my diaper bag. I have a large one for the twins! The 5 point harness can be used as a 3 point but at the push of a button it opens fast to get the babies out. The seats recline independently, it has the most storage of all umbrella strollers I looked at and is a great value. As for the review where the lady said it kept folding up on her, I want to clarify. It did for me too, until I saw the little silver button you have to press it (as part of setup) to lock in the back. Once its locked you never see it again. Unfolding and locking it is simple and can be done with the push of your foot, it locks open and have never had an issue since. The wheels lock for different surfaces, the brake hinge is a good length, a great alternative to the Maclaren esp for the price...The last thing, is that it is a bit heavy but all doubles are heavy. There is a handle (strap) to grip when lifting, it is easy to break down and folds relatively small. Best twin umbrella on the market.
