Everything that was flawed with my Graco DuoGlider is corrected in the Quattro Tour Duo. Features I like: -Opens upwards. The chasis stays put as you fold the seats down into the wheels, likewise it opens from bottom up. Means: No awkward shaking to open. The process is smooth and easy. -Serious breaks and shocks. Work fabulously. Take it off-road and see. Wicked! -Both seats recline 3 positions. Absolutely rare in a duo let alone one with such a small footprint. -Everyone gets 2 cup holders. Everyone. -Everyone has their very own basket stash. Kiddo 1 stowes goodies under their seat. Kiddo 2 stores goodies in the back of kiddo 1's seat and Adult gets a little removable fanny pack dealie and a huge basket with easy (really) easy access even when kids are reclined. **Bonus, Kiddo 2's feet have a resting place that keeps them out of the big basket below. -Handlebars allow for horizontal bar pushing (for shorties) and vertical bars (for taller folks) steer great and you can hang grocery (or any other) bags from them... or fire torpedos. (You'll totally get this when you play with the stroller). -Sun shades extend perfectly and don't hinder the other child (or parent's) view. Also has little side windows they can peek out of and there's a vent on the very top so you can see Kiddo 2 from above. Everything on this stroller just rocks out. The only minor flaw is it's weight. But once you get used to toting it around you learn tricks. Like if you're lifting it into a minivan: collapse it, lift the front wheels onto the van, then rest them, then pick up the rear (locked) wheels and steer the stroller into the trunk. Since they're locked it won't roll around or cause any trouble at all. Just take it easy.
this product is excellent! it has everything and more that a mother of two small children could want, and an infant car seat clips in perfectly for a newborn. the only downfall that i found it has is that it is quite heavy. but thats where it's durability comes in it can take a beating.
I have had this stroller for about two weeks and have used it almost everyday. I have two girls under three and they love it! My 2 1/2 year old sits in the front and has so much fun riding around, she begs to go on a walk everyday. The stroller was pretty expensive, though not compared to some of the others I considered. I am extremely happy with the features (specifically the way it folds, reclining seats, and drop down basket) and it seems to be built well. It is heavy, but I am 5'4" 120lbs and am able to lift it in and out of the car without a problem. It's also much bigger when folded that appears in the pictures. It takes up a significant amount of space in my Trailblazer SUV. I do feel that it was worth the extra money to go with this stroller because I do use it so frequently. However, if I just wanted to get a stroller to use occasionally for special trips or vacations I probably would have gone with a less expensive one.
It was hard to pay over $200 for a stroller, but in the 2 times I've had to use it, it's been worth it. My 18 month old loves it and before we had taken it out we had to push him in it around the house. The safety harnesses are ample to hold unruly toddlers safely in. My Graco SnugRide baby carseat fit perfect in the top seat locking onto the fold over cup holder. The stroller comes with additional toddler cup holders or an optional bar for the front that would hold another carseat. There is ample storage underneath. There are two parent cupholders which doesn't seem like a big deal but when you're fighting over one it is. One of the best features are the rear locking brakes. Most strollers with locking brakes take a lot of effort to release the brake, with having to lift up on the underside with your toe. On this stroller it has a wide bar with locks on either side that work together. To lock or release you step on the tabs with no hastle of pulling up. Everything about this stroller is easy, except lifting it into the car. But what can you expect? It's twice the stroller.
I am really happy with this purchase - and I am picky! I chose this product based on other reviews and it has met my expectations. My strollers take a beating cuz I live in the country and end up on lots of dirt and gravel so I wanted to get the best. I highly reccomend this stroller!
