Graco UltraClear II 49MHz Baby Monitor With Nightlight

Purchased this doppler in hopes of having peace of mind due to prior miscarriages that my body never picked up on and still acted as if I was pregnant. I thought being able to hear the heartbeat when I wanted would allow me to have that peace of mind. I am low income and didn't have much money to spend on something like this but thought it would help me not stress. This item does now work at all and the more people I talk to had the same issues! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Bought this around 16 weeks and of course wasn't able to use until "the end of second trimester" according to the directions. In two days I will be in my third trimester and still cant hear anything! And yes I have placed it on different locations on my belly and even pushed it closer in my stomach and still nothing! Worse product ever. Would never recommend this to anyone!

I love this monitor- It's really convient to have. The only thing I was dissappointed in was when I used only the batteries (brand new ones) they don't last terribly long. I thought it was working and went upstairs and my baby was crying and the monitor had died and I didn't even know it- luckily it wasn't more than 10 minutes that I noticed it. So pluging it in the wall is the best way to go.

We purchased our monitor several weeks before our baby was born. We have been using it with her for almost 4 weeks now, and I don't think we could have found a better monitor. We use the one parent station in our bedroom and the other in our basement. We get great reception (except when it is near other electronics), and it picks up sounds well. We can hear the clock tick in her bedroom with her door closed. The red lights only light up if there is strain in her voice (hiccups, crying, bowel movement grunts, etc.). It is a great system. If it is near other electronics, there is some interference. We just moved our cell phone chargers to another portion of our room to end the interference and all was good. I recommend this product to everyone. Great value for the money!!

Seem nice and durable and are nice looking, but all I could hear through them was static. Tried testing them with my husband to see if I could still hear sounds through the static and still couldn't hear anything, was afraid to use with baby so I returned them.
