Great Value Original Sour Cream, 16 oz Tub

Walmart cancelled this order. I never received these items. My money hasnt even been credited back to my financial institutes yet. How could I possibly give you a review about my receiving it???!!!! Walmart needs to do better! This is ridiculous and sad!!

I previously bought another store's brand sour creme, now I am gradually switching to Walmart for many of their “Great Value” products - Plus “Brand Name” products are also less expensive every day. I dont worry about shopping the “specials or deals” because overall the price is better and the selection %26 quality are comparable.

I don't know if they changed the recipe or what but I've been getting this product for 10 years and it's been great but the last 4 times I've bought it, it was straight LIQUID. I thought maybe I got a bad batch so I've bought it from other locations months apart. It tastes fine but you can't even get a dollop anymore, you just pour it on. Guess it's time to switch brands.

dont use Wal-Mart delivery to get this or anything else because they will more than likely screw it up. They dont let you review the service, only the product, so that's what I am doing. The product is fine, but the service is lousy, and the representative i spoke with was a jerk who shouldn't have customer contact ever.

I usually buy this brand because it's great for the price and tastes good but the one that I got was expired. I usually never have a problem with any of the products that I buy from the store but lately I have gotten a lot of expired items and a few damaged ones when I do a pickup order. so I started shopping in store again so I can pick out my own groceries. I get my refrigerated and frozen things last before I check out and unfortunately I must have missed looking at the expiration date on the sour cream because when I opened it a few days later it was clearly bad, it was expired by almost 2 months. so I threw it away. I just think that the store could do better by rotating product properly, it shouldn't be up to the customer to check dates and product for damage. with prices going up I expect great products for the price I pay for them.
