Long lasting great smell

This is the first time I've had a problem with any Walmart orders! So first, this order was supposedly sent, but they never got it. Then when we asked about it, Walmart immediately sent out the order with no hassle at all! I was VERY pleased!!! However, the fabric softener bottle was only 1/3 full when it arrived. Nothing spilled in the box and the cap was on tightly, so it was apparently just a problem at the manufacturer or something. I wouldn't have cared, but this was the first order I made for an elderly couple and they weren't very pleased.

I was hoping this product would soften my towels, which get stiff from calcium/lime in the water, but, as Carol with whom I spoke said, it's not made for that. I gave it a try, and am continuing to use it just to use up the container, and it makes my clothes softer, but not the towels that I use after my shower - they just build up more and more calcium every day and, after a few years, must be thrown away, becoming stiff and scratchy. Carol - you were right! :-D
