I love it and it does an excellent job.
Machine is well worth the price - easy to clean, makes a great Greek frappé - definitely recommend!
I've already made several milk shakes with this beautiful device and every one has been just perfect. My one tip is this: do not force the machine...set up your shake, turn it on low and let the silver cup spin for a good 2 or 3 minutes. Great result. My wife and I have the kids in our neighborhood knocking on our door!

makes an excellent milk shake...although I wish the head would have a lock feature that would lock it in the tilt postion for the last mixing on some shakes
