Do not bother purchasing this item. It absolutely does not work. I have a husky and I have a Boston terrier. It did not work for either breed.

My dog wore this collar for a month before camping. After camping, I found 30 ticks on him. Last year, I purchased a collar from the dollar store, and it worked just fine. I will never buy this collar again.

Wasn't effective even in the least bit. I followed the directions precisely and after about a week, no improvement. I saw a flea literally walk on the collar. Do not recommend and will not purchase again.

......have 5 dogs and I gave them a bath made sure they were clean put them on each one. Then the min. they came back in from outside I took them in to the bathroom and had to brush them all out again.. Yes , you guessed it the fleas were back.

I have been buying this flea and tick collar for my dog for the last 10 years and never once has he had fleas or a tick. The collar can be cut easily to fit, is affordable and has worked for my precious boy every year. I replace twice a year. Just dont forget to stretch it after unrolling as far as you can to activate. The piece I. cut off I put under the bolsters in his dog bed for even more protection. I highly recommend it, its been a wonderful product and I will continue to purchase.
