Love this psyllium husk product! Works just as good as Metamucil but nothing harmful in it. There's no taste, and goes down easy.
I like the psylliuom husk is best for my needs. I just wished they carried this brand at local GNC.. Pretty spendy with shipping at almost $40
I take this everyday, I mix it with about 3 ounces of my protein shake. It tastes like cereal when mixed. It helps with my digestive needs.
