Excellent gripper. Suction is great
These safety grab bars look and function exactly as advertised. Very pleased with how easy they were to install.
I bought this grab bar for when I had my hip surgery to use in a large shower when I needed to sit on a shower bench till I healed. I was so surprised by the strength this bar has. It stayed on the wall for the next 6 month before it became loose and I think that was only because I stopped using that shower and started to use the tub in the other bathroom. I would say that this would hold most adults if they needed to secure themselves in a shower or tub. I did use it from a seated position on a bench which is about half way down so not sure how it would be if you used it in a sitting position from the tub. My purpose was mainly for support till I could stand up straight.
Good item to help my 91 year old mother in and out of tub
In buying a new home the Master Bath has a garden tub, well I'm 63 - but thanks to these helpers I enjoy my bath and can safely get out all on my own.
