I will heat this up in a big pot and try to pass it off as homemade. It works as long as I add a little salt to it! Great for those nights where you just want to curl up on the couch and watch tv. The ingredients are not too complicated and it is not overly salty.

Not bad for a "diet" food choice. It's pretty thin for a split pea soup; I like my split pea thick and creamy. That would be my only complaint about this soup is that it is pretty thin, but the taste is there. The next time I plan to eat it, I might experiment with ways to thicken it up: bring to a boil and add a splash of non fat half and half, or a teaspoon of corn starch mixed with water, or a cup of chopped potato (allow starches in potato to boil into soup, then remove with a slotted spoon). The latter may be more work than necessary for a bowl of canned soup, though. Overall rating: 4 stars, with room for improvement.

This soup really is pretty decent it has a nice homemade split pea to Stewart the only thing that I could tell that it was lacking with salt which is so you know a really easy fix just to add your own and there you go but overall the taste was really good good

Very good. My kids even loved it! We eat this product all the time in my household! This product was very good and very filling. My kids now ask for this with their meals constantly! We will continue to use this product! I'm very happy we tried this!

I had this soup for lunch today and to be honest, I wasn't really expecting to like it much just due to the fact that it's healthy. Healthy usually, in my experience, either gross or just plain tastes of cardboard. This soup has flavor to it and I really couldn't tell, once it was out of the can, that it was a healthy choice. :) I did add a little salt and pepper to get it to my liking as it didn't have as much salt as I prefer. All-in-all, I enjoyed my lunch.
