For $9.99 it is what it is! Design has potential, Fabric is nice with just a little stretch in it, and the Color Fatigue is definitely something you don't see every day. No buttons, only belt for closure - but it does have pockets! I ordered my usual L - I am 5.9 /174 lbs wearing Large tops and this jacket have a very awkward fit; sleeves are nice length but jacket length is short and doesn't even reach my hips. To say "runs small" wouldn't be the right statement, perhaps it is a better fit for a short-torso-individuals or those who are under 170 lbs with smaller boobs (?) Not for me - RETURNED!

So let's be real: if you're paying $10 for a piece of clothing, then be prepared for the quality to be worth $10. But with this piece, I think $10 was a great price. It is honestly very nice quality for what I paid. Don't expect this to be a real "coat", but the faux suede is very nice and has nice lined inside as well. I ordered my usual small, and the shoulders fit fine, but it is small around the waist. I don't intend to tie it, anyway; I ordered this for the purpose of a layering piece. I am very happy with this jacket for the price.
