I was looking for a smaller-scale, but not "little girl" desk for my daughter...didn't want to spend a fortune. I love that this came with chair and lamp. I ordered on-line, got free shipping to home, and it was there in 48 hours. My husband and daughter got it put together while I wasn't home (bonus). Daughter especially likes the tilt top. Personally, I don't think the black chair seat and back are the most attractive, and the chair feels a little flimsy. But she thinks its great, and that is all that counts!

the price is good...no problems putting it together...dont take the items out of the bags till you are ready to start assembly...I did...but it wasnt hard to assemble it anyway...it took about an hour and a half to put together...everything was there and the fit was good...I had to add some wooden runners to the legs to make it a bit taller...overall not a bad item...could have been a little nicer but for a kid it will be fine...I use it for drawings and art of all types and I am a 67 yrear old adult...so not too bad

I'm a college student. I brought this desk for my room and I like it. It doesn't take up much space and there's still enough space on the desk for work. It's a good value for the bundle you get. It takes a little effort to set the desk up, but once I get it together, I sit at the desk everyday. I know it says Kids Furniture, but don't let that discourage you from ordering it. It is big enough for an adult to sit in.

We purchased one desk - put it together in less than 2 hours. The desk was so sturdy along with the chair on wheels. We ordered another one and it was here in less than five days - put it together and we had two happy grandaughters on Christmas Eve. A perfect gift and highest review on this item.

I bought this desk for my 8-year old grandson and he loved it immediately. It prompted him to spend more time doing "work" and art because it was a fun place to do it and it was all his. The work surface is nice and big! The two bins on the side help to organize his papers. This desk will work for him for years to come, not too big now but big enough to grow into and sturdy enough to be around awhile. The sale price made it worthwhile...I don't believe I would have been happy with it if I had spent more than the $59 I did. You get what you pay for! The light provided is flimsy and will not last long as it has already started to "droop" because of weak tension in the stand. Overall it is what I expected and, again, for the price of the desk and chair I am pleased. Plus, not too difficult for a grandma to put together!
