Hillshire Farm Ultra Thin Sliced Smoked Ham Lunchmeat, 9 oz Plastic Tub, Refrigerated

Recently, I refuse to purchase your product because you have priced me out of the market. I don't know if I should blame you or the store owner, but won't be purchasing this, or any other product until food prices are reduced.

This ham has always had the best flavor, and I've always really loved it. It definitely started out as my FAVORITE ham lunch meat. We all have different taste buds, but for me, it has always tasted the most like ham off the bone. Lately, however, I've noticed that it has become more fatty that I remember it. I don't know if they've recently changed their processes or pork suppliers but it is definitely different. This lunch meat also contains carrageenan, which is an emulsifier made from red seaweed. I was recently diagnosed with severe intestinal issues, and was required to go on an "elimination diet". Sadly, carrageenan was one of the ingredients that made me react almost immediately.

Smokey flavor is noticeable but not too strong. Even though the slices are thin, they're juicy and flavorful. Love the fact that there's no artificial flavors and almost completely fat-free. A little pricy if you make your sandwiches thick but worth it.

Hey, I just want to say I've always loved Hillshire Farm! All the deli meats are great tasting full of flavor and make great sandwiches, or in melts, and snacks on crackers, etc...and of course the slices are great to eat just by themselves. I was looking for a late night snack but was too tired to fix anything, I got into a new container of Hillshire smoked ham, had a few slices, and ended up eating the full container, I couldn't stop, the smoke flavor and taste was too good and very fresh, and it seemed as if the smoke had just been added to it minutes before eating the slices, a great strong smokey taste for sure. I wanted to save some to fix a sandwich for the next day, but wasn't able to put it away until it was all gone,,luckily still got more Hillshire deli meat products in the fridge for sandwiches, and will be getting more of the smoked ham again soon...keep up the good work!

This is possibly the most disgusting excuse for sliced ham I have ever had the misfortune of buying. Seems pretty obviously NOT actual sliced ham, but mushy slices of pressed, processed, spare pig parts instead. A lot more Spam-like than ham-like, but not even as tasty. I will NEVER make the mistake of buying this product again.
