Worst, most unprofessional, half ass job I have ever experienced, He left the job unfinished, saying he has another project to go to. Equipment does not work and did not set up the items that were originally requested in the order Disappeared and never called back to come back. He only promised he would, but I would need someone who actually knows what he is doing.

Mike was very courteous and considerate. He wore his face mask for the entire visit. He seemed very knowledgeable about setting up home theater. However, he encountered a problem with our system because the new A/V receiver is not compatible with our existing speakers, so he was unable to complete the job. Not his fault. I will need to buy speakers that are compatible with a 7.1 receiver before the work can be completed.

Our tech was absolutely wonderful in every way. He came on time, he explained everything to us, finished the connections that were not done on our first appointment by Mohammed, and then even helped to set everything to see if it could be better for my friend who has special hearing aids. He spent so much time with us, wouldn't charge anything and wouldn't even accept a tip. I would give him an A++ rating, better than I could ever imagine.

Darrell was fantastic. He was very personable and professional and helped me to understand how to use my home theater system. I had a choice of the Geek Squad and HelloTech. I am SO GLAD I went with HelloTech. I will highly recommend this company in the future.

David was phenomenal. He was able to untangle some complicated wiring I needed to disconnect to prepare for some new carpeting. This included computer, printer, modem, TV, sound system,etc. He got everything up and running again and was very patient. I told David I want to request him for any future services I might need. For an older low tech person like me David was extremely pleasant and helpful.
