My whole family carries our stress in our upper back and this cushion is perfect. It's great that you can target this your lower back or upper back with heat added. This is the first massager of its kind that really gets deep in our muscles. I wish there was a pause button so it can work an area in your back a little longer. Other than that, it is perfect and feels amazing.

I can use it on our kitchen table chairs. I can use it by placing it on my computer chair as well as on my couch. I also love how versitile it is for people of all heights. I pu the massage cushion in my office chair at home and it fits just right. The back strap makes it secure in the chair and adjustable to fit many sized chairs. The remote is attached to the chair and it's great not to have to worry about misplacing it. The material of the cushion is very cushiony and soft. The massagers themselves are very strong and seem to be built to last. They live up and down your back in a circular motion. Sensitive people may find them hard. But they actually work your back well and give a deep feeling massage. The heat is not too hot and a great feature. I personally enjoy this cushion and thinking about buying one for my work place now.
