Love this product, gifted 2 this year. Unit is quiet as a mouse, unless the unit is below required water level, then you can hear the motor. Refilling unit will alleviate any noise problem. Hope Homedics designs a larger unit.

I'm so glad I read the reviews and tried to find the best product! Here is this product in a nutshell: Pros: 1. The flow of water is very good 2. The candles look very realistic 3. The water is very loud! 4. The rocks are very pretty Cons: 1. When you first get it it smells like that gross fruity plastic ((though it goes away when you add water to it)) 2. The lights go on a cycle that is very choppy. 3. It takes awhile to get it warmed up, but when it is, it works great! 4. There is a little mold line on it where the mold was, though I guess that cant be helped, but what can be helped is the amount of dirt that is on it. ((the only reason I gave it a three on ease of use is because I didnt read the instructions and did something wrong XD)) But to summarize my review, I LOVE this product! It's great! The water flow, you don't hear the motor, It's just great for the money~

This is a fake candle burning fountain that is what it is. Personally, I like it for what I paid for it. It is plastic and very light weight until you put the water in. It is easy to assemble and pretty when turned on. You hear more of a hum from the little water pump than the actual fountain at first. You can add a little water in the top candle to work out the flow cycle. And, as indicated in the directions, check to add more water periodically as it does evaporate with use--the more use, the more water to add. It is very decorative with real smoothe rocks around the bottom of the candle tray. The candles look and glow like real lit candles. I do enjoy using it as a night light and it is relaxing. For the money and the fact it is safe to use since the candle are flameless, I like it and would recommend it. If you are picky and want something super nice and fancy---do not buy it because you will not like it.

I received this as a gift and I really looked forward to using it. I was disappointed in how small the fountain is and the candles look absolutely fake. I'm going to re-gift the fountain or sell it.

I like the flickering lights on this fountain and the sound of the water flowing. It's very relaxing and the water doesn't splash outside the bowl. It doesn't look as realistic as the one on the box, but I don't think it looks cheap. I'll probably get some polished rocks to put in it as I don't really like the ones it came with.
