Hoover Steamvac Silver Carpet Cleaner, F5915900

We have 6 chihuahuas and one is 17 and has been having lots of accidents. We got this shampooer to clean the carpet and it does a pretty good job. It is super easy to set up and use and even has a power clean button for dirtier areas that need a little extra cleaning. The best part is that it has a hose you can attach for cleaning furniture, stairs, and beds. Our last shampooer didn't have a hose and after having this one with a hose it is definitely a must have. It can be a slight pain to fully clean the shampooer but I have had that problem with every shampooer that I have owned so that is just kind of normal. If you have kids or pets this is definitely a must have!

19 years ago I had one of the originals- finally had to put her down last week-as she was beaten bruised and finally lost her ability to keep the suction band tight-I think it has been one of the best buys of anything I have bought- miles of clean carpet- not too heavy and easy to use- so now am about to buy the second one

This carpet cleaner is pretty awesome, considering it is so cheap. It is very, very easy to use. The carpet in this house was filthy when we moved in, just covered in stains and spots. With just one pass around the livingroom, it's made a huge difference! This carpet was really heavily soiled. I didn't spot treat, so there are a few spots left so far, but that is to be expected. However, 90% of the dirt is gone in one try. The only thing, I just that it actually heated the water instead of just blowing out hot air (it's better than nothing I suppose). I gave it a 4 out of 5 for durability because it is cheap plastic and I might snap it one day if I am too rough, but it doesn't affect how well the machine operates. You have to buy it!

I love the steamer and would highly recommend it to family and friends. It has a "high traffic area" cleaner on top of the normal cleaning, which takes half the time. It cleaned a diaper cream stain out of my carpeting that my last steamer was unable to clean too! The water suction is amazing as well, when I use the carpeting stays slightly damp for less than a half of a day - plus I am able to run my regular dyson cleaner over it the next day and doesn't pick up a drop of moisture. I love the steamer so much I had to go out and buy the gallon steam cleaner 2 days later because I used all the free stuff that it came with.

I've used this several times over the past 6 months and it has worked just GREAT!! I am always surprised of how much dirt this machine picks up from my carpets. I just used this after moving into a new home and cleaned 5 rooms and a hallway and was amazed again because the rugs looked so much cleaner after. Works better with hot water and love the feature of a separate tank for dirty water.It is very easy to clean just rinse out the tank and pop out the brushes underneath. Before i bought this I paid over $100 for professtional carpet cleaners and my rugs still looked dirty. I highly recomend this product for quality and price.
