Love this Hairdryer! Does everything I need it to do and love that the cap comes off to remove the lint. I also like the the power setting is a perfect low and a perfect high. Some hairdryers aren't really that “low” on “low” and aren't really that “high” on “high”. Hot Tools nailed these settings! Would highly recommend! :)

This Hot Tools Signature Series (1875W Salon Turbo) Ionic Dryer is a pretty decent hair blow dryer. Not sure if this hair dryer come in other colors or not, but mine is matte black colored. Similar to my other hair dryers, this hair dryer has three main button settings: heat (low, medium, high), speed (low, high), and cold shot button (single button to press if you prefer cool air over hot air). I personally like my hair blowers to have the cool button option, because I like switching between cool and warm air when blow drying my hair because I believe that it will create less damage for my hair. (I do not like the air to be too hot, but during the winter time, my hair takes longer to blow dry so I switch it back to warm air in between blow drying). But apparently, the cold shot air is used to help your hair keep a longer-lasting hold. According to the product description, this Hot Tools Signature Series Salon Turbo Ionic Dryer is designed with exceptional Ionic Technology to help reduce frizz and static for shiny, healthy-looking hair. I believe this is relatively true. Also, this dryer features a motor designed for turbo drying with maximum airflow and up to 40% faster results; 2 speed and 6 heat combinations allow for full styling versatility and great results on all hair types from thin to coarse and in between. (As I mentioned above). There are two attachments (concentrator and diffuser) which are really useful. Overall, I like this ionic dryer. I guess my only complain about the dryer is that the buttons (heat & speed) are bulgy and located on a somewhat inconvenient spot on the handle so it's easy to accidentally switch speeds or heat levels without meaning to. But other than that, I recommend this ionic dryer to friends and family.

I am not sure what "scent" means for a hair dryer however the smell was juat like any dryer. The dryer puts out good heat without being excessive. Great air flow and low noise. Did not leave my hair frizzy as many dryers tend to do. I have super natural curly hair so I rarely use a hair dryer unless I have to go out immediately after washing. This dryer gave me a smooth dry with limited issues to correct. I like the design and the grip is comfortable.

The first thing I notice about this blow dryer when I open the box is the difference in the material it's not a plasticky feeling it's smooth quality professional. This is my first non-drug store blow dryer. The buttons are standard doesn't feel any different and weight than any other blow dryer. The heat settings were as indicated on the switch is no issues with that. I had a nice blow dry it seem to work very well without any issues. I will say the dryer it's self has a very nice appearance works well I would definitely recommend this to a friend or stranger.

Wow they weren't kidding, this dryer is truly wonderful. I already have a blow dryer with a salon motor of the same wattage, also ionic, and was blown away by the superior Hot Tools Signature Series 1875 Watt Salon Turbo Ionic Dryer. First, it weighs less than half of what my old dryer does, so much easier for my young teen to hold aloft, and I appreciate this lightness as well, no arm fatigue anymore. It dries fast if that's what you are wanting, or slower for more styling time due to the two speed six heat combination settings provided by the toggle buttons. I am left handed so I am more than pleased that the button/switches are on the side of the handle instead of the front. This makes it much easier for me to hold and not accidentally turn the dryer off or change my settings by accident. I use leave in conditioners, or oils on my heavily processed hair and love the non-slip surface this attractive dryer has. I haven't dropped it once. My previous dryer was also Ionic but it made my hair look greasy or not freshly washed a few hours after using. This dryer gave my hair tons of volume but also made the individual hair shafts look sleek, shiny and healthy in the few short minutes I spent drying my short hair. It was easy to manage, and looked really great for the next two days. I love the cold shot feature to set a style or to use with dry shampoo on a no wash day .A very impressive hair dryer, especially for the price. I'll be open to checking out their other products in the future for my hair care needs.
