Huffy Cranbrook Women's Cruiser Bike, 26" Wheels, Comfort Saddle, Purple

ok so....the bike came fully assembled and dinged the fender was bent and it has scratches on it. The fedex people didnt even put it in the package room so it was in front of my building where anyone could steal it. I got it with my medicare fitness benefit so im not giving it back but i would not buy this again. ill have to take it to a bike shop and make sure its safe to ride with the bent fender. :/

The bike is the right size. However, when I want to put air in the tires, which I only put thirty-eight pounds in them, they both blew out. Then I had to take it to a bike repair place because I was making strange noises when I was pedaling like something was wrong with the pedal gearbox itself.

Bike was in poor condition. Dents and scratches on the fenders. Rust on a number of screw heads from being outside in the rain (garden center). Flat tires. One valve cap missing. Rear reflector missing and holes when the reflector was supposed to be mounted, appeared to be pulled and rusted. Front wheel appears to be falling off on the right side. No replacement bike in the box/unopened. I could not return the bike today, "the internet/system is down". Took the bike to be returned at another nearby Walmart and after waiting in line for a bit, was asked if this was an online order, which it was - "then you'll have to come back another time, the internet is down." -not a great experience for a gift to my spouse. It would be best to inspect the bike before purchasing it, sight unseen.

I have ordered this bike twice for my granddaughter. After about one week, the first bike the left pedal fell off and could not be put back on. My granddaughter really liked this model so I ordered a second one. First, Walmart said I could pick it up at the local store the next morning. Then they canceled that and said it would be delivered the next day. Then that was delayed and it arrived two days later in a beat up box. The fenders were scratched and bent. What is going on Walmart? I have ordered bicycles from you before and it was a positive experience. Very disappointing and I will be purchasing bicycles elsewhere in the future!

I didn't receive this bike, which is non-refundable. I have never allowed Wal-Mart to “replace with similar items” but they chose to with a non-refundable item. Now, I'm stuck with a bike from a completely different brand for a male and 19 speeds!!! I can not even begin to tell you how upset and disappointed I am. I will be closing my account with them. Absolutely absurd!
