IFLY HARDSIDE FIBERTECH 24", BLACK/ROSE GOLD MARBLE

It's been 4 years since I've had my pretty pink suitcases. Medium and Small. I'm here today four years later to inform you all that these babies LAST and they Endureeee!!! I had a perfectly decent Samsonite carry-on but decided to get another iFly because I love my medium ifFly fibertech suitcase so much. They are so light, the expansion zip is great and iFly backs up their warranty! My first medium fibertech piece was crushed (I'm guessing by a airline luggage transport vehicle) and the airline refused to offer any compensation. Not iFly! They stepped up and quickly sent me new replacement. I'm a big fan of iFly!

I will forever purchase luggage through ifly. I had a bag for a couple years that ended up with a broken zipper. I contacted customer service - since the damage did not qualify for replacement parts, they sent a whole new unit. Love the integrity this company has and the product they produce. ifly customer for life.

We have flown with this luggage twice and after the second time it already has a tear in the outside shell. I purchased three other bags and I don't find any of them to be nearly as durable as I had hoped. I'm hopeful that I can send it in for repair or replacement.

I received the carry on size luggage for my birthday last April. It was the perfect gift, and it has been all over the United States the past year. This luggage has been hardy so far with only a couple scuffs on the exterior. No zipper issues or seam tearing even though it’s been packed to the brim on more than one occasion (I’m not a light packer...shoe lover and fashionista here). No wheel issues either for those that are worried about that as well. Overall, I would definitely buy an iFly piece of luggage again. Also, great warranty if you register your piece of luggage!
